RESOURCES
PHYSICALS
All athletes MUST have a valid physical uploaded to their FinalForms account to be eligible to participate in any athletic activity. The MHSAA physical form can be found at the link below or in your FinalForms account.
CONCUSSIONS
Concussions occur when there is an injury to the brain. GHS follows a comprehensive concussion protocol that will be facilitated by the athletic trainer. The athletic trainer should be informed immediately if a concussion is suspected and daily communication from the athlete is needed until the athlete is fully cleared to return to participation and has been ran through the gradual return to play. Please refer to the concussion packet for all concussion information including the 5 day gradual return to play protocol.
